How much are your services
Standard Consultation $150 AUD / Hour Direct access to our experts to discuss your plans, safety concerns, and logistics.
Comprehensive Pre-Travel Assessment Starting at $150 AUD (Quoted per trip) We handle the research so you don't have to. Prices vary based on trip complexity.
What does a typical plan look like? For a 7-day trip to Thailand, a complete package costs between $300–$400 AUD. This includes:

A typical Sydney-to-Bangkok holiday package costs roughly $2,450 AUD. For just $400, we provide the 'Information Concierge' service that secures that journey. It is complete peace of mind for less than the cost of a night in a hotel.

The Quotation Process
For new customers or those seeking a specific service or research product we have a free 30 minute call or alternatively you can email us at contact@travelassessments.com or use the live chat feature.
Once we have recieved the necessary information to begin we will provide you (the customer) with a scope of work, typically within a few hours. This ensures that both parties are on agreement with the deliverables and timeframe. The more urgent the timeframe the higher the cost, the more far-out the deadline the lower the cost (provided there is no change to the situation).
For work to be started a 50% payment is required, we use STRIPE as our payment provider which provides a variety of payment options. We will inform you via email when work will commence, from that point a refund will not be issued.
If you change your mind before work has commenced then we will issue you a refund because no service had been provided.
To recieve the completed work the remaining 50% payment is required. If the service does not meet the standards agreed to in the scope of work we will fix any obmissions or gaps within a reasonable timeframe.
